01 · Our Mission

The AI foundation for safer patient care.

Hospitals run on attention, and attention is the scarcest resource on the ward. Andalus Health builds clinical AI that gives it back: systems that watch every patient continuously, filter what does not matter, and surface what does, early enough to act. Built in Malaysia, for the wards of Asia-Pacific.

2026 · Global Competition

Selected by Harvard
as a Top 30 global venture.

VitalSync won first place at the Harvard Health System Innovation Lab (HSIL) Malaysia Hub, earning a place in Harvard's venture building program and the global competition, where it was named a Top 30 venture out of 1,553 worldwide, from a field of more than 12,000 initial applicants. We built this to solve a real problem. Harvard agreed it was worth solving.

02 · Our First Product

VitalSync. Quieter alarms, sharper signals.

An AI layer that sits beside the ICU monitor, suppresses the alarms that cry wolf, and predicts patient deterioration hours before it turns critical. It runs entirely on an edge device inside the ward: no cloud, no data leaving the hospital.

01
Filter the noise
False and non-actionable alarms suppressed before they fire
02
Predict deterioration
Up to six hours of early warning · any patient, any cause
03
Deploy at the edge
Offline-first device in the ward · no PHI leaves the building
03 · In Action

See VitalSync
in action.

From the ICU floor to the Harvard stage. Here's what we've been building, who we've been building it with, and the moments that made it real.
