1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VitalSync website and any content, information, or materials made available on it by Andalus Health Sdn. Bhd. ("Andalus Health", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Use of the VitalSync platform inside a hospital is governed by a separate written agreement between Andalus Health and that hospital, not by these website Terms.

2. Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable Malaysian or other law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the site or its infrastructure.
• Copy, scrape, or republish site content except as expressly permitted.

3. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the VitalSync and Andalus Health names and marks — are owned by or licensed to Andalus Health and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the site for your own informational use. No other rights are granted.

4. No medical advice

VitalSync is a clinical decision-support tool. Within a hospital, it assists — but never replaces — the judgment of credentialed clinicians, who remain responsible for all clinical decisions. Any performance figures or outcomes referenced on the site describe specific study or pilot contexts and are not a guarantee of results in any other setting.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andalus Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site and its content, including accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andalus Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
